WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We're happy to offer free shipping over $100 within the 48 contiguous states. For all other locations, please email info@ellegoldcollective.com for a shipping quote.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Please allow 5-10 days for orders to be carefully packaged and shipped. A tracking number will be provided once the item ships. Carrier used will be dependent on best shipping rates.
DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?
Yes! If you live in San Francisco or Bay Area. Please email info@ellegoldcollective.com to coordinate!
CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Email us at info@ellegoldcollective.com within 24 hours of placing order to modify or cancel your order. if you need to change the shipping address please email us within 24 hours.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
All items are final sale. For items damaged in transit, please document the damage as soon as the piece is delivered. Please report the damage, with photos of packaging and product, within 48 hours of delivery. If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.
